Our Impact
We are driven by our instinct and tenacity to improve the real estate conditions of impoverished urban communities. The iHeart Realty Foundation is fascinated with being able to provide a charitable investment that will improve the economy of Detroit. Creating value through real estate opportunities is what we do.
We will bring 2019 to a close with offering newly constructed affordable homes and dozens of jobs within the emerging communities of Detroit.

Our Programs
As a Key Member and Community Partner of the City of Detroit’s Land Bank, we provide the following: community restoration and development, affordable housing, employment and job training.
community development
iHeart Realty has developed a 10 year community revitalization plan, known as The iHeart Detroit Development Plan. Through joint partnerships with our investors, we purchase and successfully rehab desolate properties throughout Detroit. This project has been divided into 3 segments: Restore, Sustain, and Community Development.
employment
As we develop abandoned, destitute neighborhoods we create jobs for many residents of Detroit. There is an opening of positions for skill trade workers to help build the communities of Detroit. For more information on employment opportunities, call 888-808-7934 ext 808.

We assist several families that are facing homelessness by providing programs that allow for financial repositioning and sustainable housing.
