How it works

1. RETAIN

THE SALE

The first goal in the Property Vault Program is to retain the property. iHeart Realty Group will negotiate a sale to purchase financially distressed properties out of foreclosure on the behalf of the current owner. Properties will be purchased at a discount. 

2. RESTORE

REBUILDING PHASE

The second goal is restoration. During this stage, the homeowner will enter into a 4- year lease, paying affordable rent payments, while undergoing an intensive a credit repair and financial stability program that will reposition them to purchase the property at the successful term of the lease. 

3. RECLAIM

THE PURCHASE

Finally the homeowner will purchase and reclaim their property back. Upon successful completion of the 4 year- lease and credit repair, the homeowner will be able to qualify for a new mortgage. After qualifying for a new mortgage, the homeowner will purchase the property back at an affordable price.
